Before you send.
I only have a photo. Can I still ask?
Yes. Add reference dimensions and explain the intended use. A photo alone cannot determine hidden interfaces or material construction, so include what you know and mark what needs review.
Where should I send a drawing?
Email the drawing and supporting files to the address above. Include a revision identifier and part name so the files can be matched to your enquiry.
Can I request a quotation directly from a product page?
Yes. Include the page link and explain the differences from the reference, such as geometry, finish, hardware or quantity.
What if I do not receive a reply?
Use the displayed email address or telephone as an alternative contact route. Keep the part name and enquiry details in your follow-up so the request can be identified.
